I found this 5 minute ab workout while I was browsing the web not too long ago.

I was thinking, hmmm, maybe I should create a video on this 5 minute ab workout, share this with my followers and subscribers.

So I did. I created a video on this workout and then posted it to my YouTube account where all can see.

Obviously, this workout is only 5 minutes long but very effective.

You can add this 5 minute workout to any days of the week or any main workout you may have done.
